History
Key Factors was founded in 1997 by Andrew Suzuka. The company began as a college marketing company, with the purpose of helping businesses reach and develop relationships with college students through non-traditional methods. At the time, Andrew had been working at the school newspaper (The Washington Square News) as an advertising executive. It was here that he noticed the need for change.
With time and a growing track record of satisfied clients, Key Factors began taking on other marketing projects, many of which focused on targeting concerts and events for music companies. At the same time, other larger marketing companies began contacting Key Factors with interest in outsourcing much of their grassroots campaigns. They also began asking for new, non-conventional marketing ideas.
Strategic networking, high levels of word-of-mouth, and a thorough understanding of the management of grassroots and guerilla-based marketing projects set the stage for Key Factors to take on its first national campaign for Pantene Pro-V in the Spring of 2000.
Today, Key Factors is a national adverting and promotions powerhouse, with a growing variety of marketing services to assist those in the marketing community.
